WIBBEL pour P1– Mam Bus sécher an d’Schoul
Until the autumn holidays, first-year students, through the WIBBEL program, learned in a playful way how to behave on the way to school, particularly around bus stops and on the bus.
To make access to the school even safer, the 'WIBBEL-Mam Bus sécher an d’Schoul' project was launched in October 2017. The training takes place at the bus company's factory site in Canach and includes training conducted by a professional, as well as a guided tour highlighting the dangers of road traffic. The goal is to raise children's awareness of their safety at the bus stop, at the pedestrian crossings near a bus, and on the bus.
For the project, bus stops were installed in the Voyages Emile Weber depot. The students also discovered the enormous service station, the workshop, and the bus halls. Even a bus ride through the washing tunnel is offered for the children's greatest delight. At the end of the training, a photo of the students was taken in the bus driver's seat. In this way, road safety education is fun and remains memorable for the students.
